poor reception

the '4-star' hotel experience was an absolute letdown. the room had mold and leaking showers, gross. i just couldn't believe there was no one at the reception to even acknowledge my concerns. also, somehow i wasn’t offered any special treatment despite being here for four days?

lack of ventilation

I was extremely disappointed with our room assignment. The bathroom had a persistent stench, and the lack of ventilation was surprising. After a long day of exploring, the discomfort made it difficult to relax and enjoy our stay.

Perfect spot for couples!

You wouldn’t believe how comfy the bed was! Seriously, after a long day, it felt like a cloud. And the breakfast delivered to our room was great! They got everything from cappuccino to eggs and bacon, it was a feast fit for kings.

The receptionist was super friendly and even let us keep our bags after checking out so we could explore more. I loved relaxing by the pool and the cozy lounge area was perfect for unwinding with a book. Only wish the gym had more equipment, but it didn't ruin our awesome experience! 😊

our stay at campo di marte was fantastic! the double room was spacious and super comfy, and we loved the clean setup. breakfast was delightful and served right to our room. the location is amazing, with shopping, cafes, and restaurants very close by. the staff were extremely helpful too!
